According to sources close to the situation, Christophe "Kaas" van Oudheusden has reached a verbal agreement with Excel Esports.

The Belgian coach was one of the most valued amongst coaching staff in the LEC years ago, with the great results achieved with MAD Lions.

Last split he was the head coach of 100Thieves in the LCS, but was finally replaced by Nukeduck after not fitting with the North American team.

With this addition, Excel's coaching staff would be expanded, keeping Hidon on it. Excel is currently at 2-4 in the LEC standings with the next week being crucial for the team's possible qualification to the playoffs round where everything will be decided between Team Heretics, Fnatic, Mad Lions and Excel itself.
