Team Liquid has parted ways with League of Legends player Steven “Hans sama” Liv.
This came after Team Liquid’s co-founder and co-CEO Steve “LiQuiD112” Arhancet promised to renew the team after a disastrous performance last season.
Rumors about the possible departure of the French player from the team appeared immediately after Arhancet’s statement.
23-year-old Hans sama has been playing for the team in the North American LSK League for just one season. He had joined Team Liquid at the end of 2021.
According to Upconer’s sources, Hans sama wants to return to Europe and several European teams have expressed interest in him. One of them, Karmine Corp – a French organisation currently playing in LFL – made an offer to Hans sama.
Team Liquid ranked fourth at LCS Summer 2022 and didn’t get a slot for the 2022 World Championship
Team Liquid’s LoL roster is:
- Gabriël “Bwipo” Rau
- Lucas “Santorin” Larsen
- Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg
- Jo “CoreJJ” Yong-in
