Another 2 weeks passed, and after we got two patches of offseason and the first proper Season 13 patch, 13.1B (basically a pre-version of patch 13.2, which has been delayed due to the recent cyberattack on Riot) again changes the meta completely and kind of makes the preseason patches a bit pointless. Still, more changes mean more fun, and Yuumi has been nerfed to the ground, which is always good!
Patch 13.1B is already live, while the 13.2 is expected to go live shortly.
