Jakub “Sinmivak” Rucki set to join KOI Academy. Some details are still to be finalized but most likely the polish will be the toplaner of KOI Academy next year, sources told BLIX.GG on Wednesday.
Sinmivak was considered to enter the LCS as an Immortals option. BLIX.GG sources cannot confirm if there was finally an offer for him in the LCS, but at least there was interest from an LCS team.
KOI will have an academy in 2023 after reaching an agreement with Rogue some time ago, as we reported here.
Koi would enter to compete in all the competitions that Rogue had, but this time with the name Koi.
In addition, they would keep the structure that Rogue had for the LEC and that made them win the top European competition last year.
