In the process of restructuring, E1 is very close to finalizing deals with new players from the Brazilian Tier 2 scene, namely Flastry, Arthur ‘Ar7hr’ Arantes, and Farias. In recent weeks, the team has parted ways with some players. According to our previous report, E1 is set to see the departures of Leonardo ‘Astro’ Luis and Enzo ‘Rappz’ Aziz from their starting lineup. On Monday the 27th, the organization announced the departure of Luca ‘LuKid’ Sereno from the team.
The team’s change demonstrates a desire to shift the team’s playing style. After all, Astro, Rappz, and LuKid are more experienced players with international exposure. For their respective positions, the team is looking for options more aligned with a long-term project.
It’s worth noting that Flastry participated in the last Brazilian offseason tournament, Liga Start, with the Viúvas da sN team. In the past year, he played in BR6B for the Dromedalho team alongside Denis ‘Dodez’ Navas, who is currently a player for E1. Ar7hr, on the other hand, has significant experience in the Brazilian Tier 2 scene, having played for Guidance Gaming, SuperNova, and Keyd Stars Academy. The latter participated in the Last Chance Qualifier Brazil, where they eliminated Black Dragons in the quarterfinals of the competition.
It’s worth noting that the team will have a good amount of time to prepare and adapt to the new lineup. After all, there will only be off-season tournaments until the next season of the Brazil League. Up to this point, the Rush Series is the only pathway for the team.
