Esports organization T1 released its Dota 2 roster due to financial reasons, said T1's CEO Joe Marsh.

He said that the organization decided to focus on League of Legends and Valorant instead. A return to the Dota 2 scene is possible in 2024. He assumes that the new Dota 2 roster will be from Southeast Asia or Europe.

As BLIX.GG earlier reported, T1 recently disbanded its entire Dota 2 roster.

Earlier in November, there was a rumor that the Singaporean organization Bleed eSports will buy the T1's slot at the DPC SEA Division I.

T1's Dota 2 lineup was:

  • Anathan "ana" Pham
  • Topias "Topson" Taavitsainen (stand-in)
  • Kenny "Xepher" Deo
  • Matthew "Whitemon" Filemon
