On Sla2ers with their previous roster came second, only losing to DRX in both the splits last year. Their academy roster consists of some of the best free agency players in the region. They have been competing under the banner ‘All Ways Incheon’. They finished second in the recent ESL Clash of Nations: KR/JP.
A couple of the players have previous VCT experience as they have played for some notable organizations in Korea previously. Yoon ‘Sk9Na’ Ji-woo and Kim “Pooky” Deong-Hyeon
have previously played for DH.CNJ Esports and Spear Gaming respectively. They both will be the core members on the roster.
Alongside these names the roster will include some new faces in the form of Lee “Blueming” Ji-Ho, Kim “Cloy” Min-Gyu and Ha “Ash” Hyun-Cheol. Ash being the more notable one has constantly been heralded as one of the best young talents to come out of the Korean ranked ladder..
The team has been performing well recently with some good finishes over the course of the off-season. It is also worth highlighting that the young roster has achieved this success without a coach to guide them. It still remains to be seen who the coach will be on the team after Jung ‘peri’ Bum-ki departure to DAMWON KIA.
The Korean VALORANT landscape has changed considerably over the course of the year. The new year has seen many new organizations enter the scene with all the old one’s announcing their return. Hence it’s not surprising to see one of the most successful Korean organizations from 2022 make a return for the new season.
