ACTIVE: Kennen transforms into a ball of electricity, becoming unable to declare basic attacks but becoming ghosted and gaining 100% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. Lightning Rush can be recast after 0.5 seconds for its duration, and does so automatically after its duration.
While transformed, Kennen deals magic damage to all enemies he passes through, halved against non-champions, and restores 40 energy if he damages at least one enemy.
RECAST: Kennen ends Lightning Rush and gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.
Lightning Rush's recast can be used while affected by cast-inhibiting crowd control.
