Previous Encounter & Player Stats – Falcons vs. MOUZ

Team Form & Key Players Ahead of the Semi-final
Falcons Finding Their Identity Under karrigan
Since bringing in one of the most experienced in-game leaders in Counter-Strike history, Falcons have looked increasingly dangerous. They recently reached the grand final of PGL Astana 2026, where they lost 0-3 to Team Spirit. However, considering the incredible form of Danil ‘donk‘ Kryshkovets and Spirit at the time, the defeat hardly reflects poorly on Falcons.
More importantly, Falcons have not dropped a single map on their way to the semi-final of this event. The CIS duo of Ilya ‘m0NESY‘ Osipov and Maksim ‘kyousuke‘ Lukin continues to dominate opponents, while René ‘TeSeS‘ Madsen has also stepped up with much stronger performances lately.
With experienced leadership from karrigan and additional firepower from Nikola ‘NiKo‘ Kovač, Falcons possess enough talent to challenge any team in the world. NiKo has struggled with consistency recently, producing more quiet games than expected, but his star quality remains undeniable, and he is always capable of taking over a match at any moment.
Falcons look motivated, confident, and determined to finally secure their first trophy of 2026, especially after making significant roster changes.
MOUZ Still Searching for Consistency
MOUZ also entered a new era with major roster adjustments. The organization moved Dorian ‘xertioN‘ Berman into the in-game leader role while benching both Ludvig ‘Brollan‘ Brolin and Jimi ‘Jimpphat‘ Salo.
So far, the transition has looked far less convincing compared to Falcons’ rebuild. xertioN is being asked to lead tactically while still performing as one of the team’s main stars, creating enormous pressure on him. Meanwhile, xelex still lacks experience on the biggest stages, and Justin ‘jL‘ Lekavičius has yet to rediscover the form that once made him a Major MVP.
Although MOUZ reached the semi-finals, they remain inconsistent overall. Their raw individual skill gives them upset potential, but several unanswered questions remain about whether they want to seriously compete for the trophy.
Falcons karrigan Ready for Another Big Arena Match
Falcons vs MOUZ – Semi-final Prediction
On paper, Falcons currently look stronger both individually and structurally. Their recent results have been more convincing, and their star players are performing at a very high level heading into the playoffs.
The map pool also does not appear to offer MOUZ any significant advantage, which makes the matchup even more difficult for them. While MOUZ certainly has enough talent to compete, Falcons seem far more complete and stable at this moment.
Prediction: Falcons to win this match.
Can MOUZ overcome their inconsistency and surprise Falcons, or will karrigan reach his second grand final with the new roster? The answer arrives this Saturday at 07:00 CET.
