    shox and Kyojin leave Nakama

French organization Nakama Esports has parted ways with their founder, Richard “shox” Papillon and their rifler, Jayson “Kyojin” Nguyen Van.

“We inform you about the removal of shox and Kyojin from the active roster. We would like to thank them for the investment and the heart given to the project. While waiting to find their replacements, they will continue to help us for ESEA matches as stand-ins if necessary,” Nakama reported on Twitlonger.

shox created Nakama Esports in January this year after leaving Apeks with the plan to compete in the Paris Major. Unfortunately, Nakama failed to qualify for the tournament.

In his farewell statement, shox noted that it was too difficult for him to manage the project and he plans to focus on the role of the player.

“The desire to play CS and to be competitive hasn’t changed, I’m very hyped by the release of CS2 and I can’t wait to find a team that will allow me to continue living from my passion,” СS star said.

Kyojin, which joined Nakama in March after Edouard “SmithZz” Dubourdeaux and Paul “day0s” Niel leaving, said he was leaving after shox and promised to continue his career in CS2.

    Nakama’™s roster after the departures:

    • Jeremy “Kursy” Gast
    • Ryan “Neityu” Aubry
    • Matthieu “Razzmo” Mellot
    • Boris “flex0r” Latry (assistant coach)
